Dr. Y. James Kang is the Chief Scientist of Tasly Stem Cell Biology Laboratory in Tianjin; and Professor and Director of Regenerative Medicine Research Center at Sichuan University West China Hospital in Chengdu, China. He also is the Founder and President of Innolife Inc, focusing on developing strategies for regression of aging and degenerative organ systems. He was Distinguished University Professor at University of Louisville (1996-2018), and elected Fellow of the Academy of Toxicological Sciences. His research interests are in regenerative medicine, focusing on stem cell rejuvenation of organ systems, as well as dietary manipulation of cardiovascular disease, and non-human primate models for human diseases.

Professor Ahmed Hashash has completed his PhD from Manchester University, UK. He was a fellow of the California Institute of Regenerative Medicine (CIRM) and New York University Medical School (MSSM), USA. Prof. Ahmed Hashash worked as a senior biomedical research scientist at Mount Sinai School of Medicine of New York University and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.In August 2022, Prof. Hashash has joined Texas A &M University as Associate Professor of Biomedicine. From Jan 2017 to June 2022, Prof. Hashash joined the University of Edinburgh (UK)-Zhejiang Intl. campus, as Associate Professor of Biomedicine. Prof. Hashash has several studies and publications on the genes/enzymes that control stem cell behavior and regenerative medicine. He has published more than 34 papers in reputed international journals and serving as an editorial board member of repute, in addition to over 17 book chapters. Prof. Hashash has received several international awards and recognitions over the years, including being the nominee for Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Science’s (KFAS) Prize in Applied Medical Sciences, and Manchester University Fellowship Award (UK).

Dr Darwin Eton is a Distinguished Fellow of the Society of Vascular Surgery. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (B.Sc, MSc.) in 1978 and New York University Medical School (M.D.) in 1982. He initiated this project in 1999 at University of Miami where he was Professor and Chief of Vascular Surgery. He continued the clinical work as Professor of Surgery at the University of Chicago. This project won the Cures Within Reach Award in 2016. The proceeds were used to fund a confirmatory study at University of Illinois at Chicago, where Dr Eton had a Voluntary Professor appointment in Surgery. He started Vasogenesis Inc (Boston MA), where he presently serves as the Chief Research and Medical Officer. He has authored 45 peer review publications, book chapters, and books in Vascular Surgery, and has been an invited speaker in USA and internationally.

Dr. Kassis is an experts in Regenerative Medicine and stem-cells based technologies. Dr. Kassis serves as a Senior Scientist at the Department of Neurology, Hadassah Medical Center as well as a Co-founder and Chief Scientist of Neurogenesis Ltd. Dr. Kassis has over 20 years of experience in developing innovative cellular therapies from bench to patient bedside.

Dr. Vasiliki E. Kalodimou is the Assistant Professor and the acting Chair, at the European University-Cyprus Ltd. Frankfurt Branch, the Director at the Flow Cytometry-Research and Regenerative Medicine Department of IASO Maternity-Pediatric and Research Hospital in Athens, Greece, as well as collaborative Partner for the Greek Research Infrastructure for the visualization and monitoring of fundamental Processes in Biology and Medicine (BIOIMAGING-GR) at NCSR "DEMOKRITOS", she elected to serve as the Vice-Chair of the UEL Alumni Advisory Board, previously was the CBB Director & Processing Facility Director at MedStem-Cryobanks of IASO.. Since 2006, in collaboration with the Hellenic Flow Cytometry Society, Kalodimou has developed quality control schemes for stem cell marker enumeration. The goal of her work is to find helpful new applications for flow cytometry, evaluate risk factors for stem cell infusion, and improve the clarity and accessibility of measurements by flow cytometry. Her work quantifies and ranks all risks of flow cytometry enumeration to prevent and minimize the false-positive results from different cytometer uses. She is also working to establish combinations of monoclonal antibodies for mesenchymal and adipose tissue stem cell enumeration. In addition to collaboration with state universities and pharmaceutical companies on research projects (21), Kalodimou frequently publishes (50 & 11 books) her findings. She has 2 patents. She is in the editorial board and a reviewer in several scientific international journals as well as board member in scientific organizing committee’s for medical conferences and had received many awards and global recognition in her field as an expert.

Prof. Walter Bini has completed his diploma from Westminster School, Simsbury Conn. U.S.A. and got postgraduate degree from Universidad de Zaragoza , Facultad de Medicina, Zaragoza-Spain. In 2014 he was the Middle East Chairman of ISLASS. He was Head of Neurosurgery, Sheikh Khalifa General Hospital , UAQ-UAE from 2014-2016. Currently he is Consultant Neurosurgeon, Orthopedic Department, spine section of Lanzo Hospital COF, Lanzo d’Intelvi in Italy and also Visiting Consultant Neurosurgeon, Orthopedic Department of Healthpoint Hospital in Abu Dhabi - UAE. He is an Active Member of 31 National and International Societies- Past European Secretary ISMISS, Charter Member SAS, German Delegate AAMISMS, Vice President ISLASS, Member AANS, Member German Neurosurgical Society, Member Skull Base Study Group. He is working for the Radiation Safety Committee AKS Krankenhaus, Seligenstadt-Germany, MRI Committee, Dubrovnik General Hospital, Croatia.

Dr. Mahajan completed his masters in General Surgery from Marathwada University, Maharashtra and went on to pursue Diploma in Urology at the University of Vienna, Austria. In a career changing move, after three decades of being a successful general and uro-surgeon, he started his brainchild - StemRx Bioscience Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2011. This was to focus on in-depth research in the field of Regenerative Medicine and Cell Based Therapy which he believes is the solution to address the limitations of conventional therapeutic modalities. To this effect, he underwent and continues to undergo intensive training in the United States. He has devised personalized treatment protocols in cell-based therapy for more than 75 health conditions. Dr. Mahajan has published 16 research articles in international an national journals. He has a patent for Avascular Necrosis and is on the board for reviewing scholarly articles for various international journals. Dr. Mahajan has received many international awards for his pioneering research work in regenerative medicine.

Dr. Kishor Raghunath Tardalkar, Ph.D., is a highly skilled medical professional and researcher based in Kolhapur, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine from D.Y. Patil University, where his thesis focused on the development and characterization of xenogeneic tissue-engineered vascular grafts. Dr. Tardalkar also holds a Master’s degree in the same field and a Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery. With extensive experience in cardiac and neuro diseases, stem cell biology, and tissue engineering, Dr. Tardalkar specializes in therapeutic screening, disease modeling, and 3D bioprinting. He has contributed significantly to the field through the creation and application of 3D bio-printed scaffolds for vascular grafts, skin, bone, and cartilage, along with his work in generating animal models for cardiovascular and spinal cord research. Dr. Tardalkar currently serves as a Medical Officer in the neuro and cardiac surgical ICU, where he focuses on acellular blood vessel and kidney scaffold development, critical surgeries in animal models, and mitochondrial isolation from human placenta and rat bone marrow. He has authored numerous research articles and book chapters, with several of his works published in renowned journals. Additionally, he holds multiple patents related to bio-ink synthesis for 3D printing of vascular grafts, bone structures, and cartilage. In addition to his research, Dr. Tardalkar is an active speaker at conferences and has delivered invited talks on modern instrumentation, including the electrocardiogram machine. His comprehensive expertise and dedication to advancing medical research have earned him recognition in both the academic and medical communities.

Leena R. Chaudhari is currently pursuing a PhD in the Department of Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine, under the guidance of Dr. Meghnad Josh at D.Y. Patil Education Society in Kolhapur, India. In addition, she serves as a Senior Research Fellow at the Lady Tata Memorial Trust, Mumbai. She earned her Master’s degree in Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine from D.Y. Patil Education Society in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India, in 2020. She is an active member of the International Spinal Cord Society (ISCoS), USA. Her work focuses on restorative neurology and spinal cord injury research, emphasizing neural plasticity, functional recovery, and innovative tissue engineering approaches. Leena has developed preclinical models and cutting-edge scaffolds for spinal cord and bone regeneration, showcasing promising outcomes. To date, she has published seven articles and three book chapters in reputable international journals. Her research interests are diverse and include Spinal cord research, stem cell and tissue engineering, 3D printing, neuroscience, and cancer biology. As a budding researcher, Leena continues to contribute significantly to these fields.

Dr. Charbel Khalil is a distinguished leader in cellular therapy and regenerative medicine. As Cellular Therapy Director at Reviva Regenerative Medicine Center, Middle East Institute of Health University Hospital, he helped develop the Middle East's leading stem cell treatment and research center, home to the region’s first national cord blood bank and a 2014 Innovation Award winner. Dr. Khalil also serves as Cellular Therapy Lab Director at Burjeel Medical City, Abu Dhabi, where he established the UAE’s first bone marrow transplant program. An Assistant Professor at the Lebanese American University (LAU) School of Medicine, he also helped launch Lebanon’s first bone marrow transplant program at LAU Medical Center–Rizk Hospital. Dr. Khalil teaches and researches at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Faculty of Pharmacy and Dental Medicine, and is an active member of the EBMT, European and Lebanese societies for Blood and Marrow Transplantation, and the French Society for Stem Cell Research. He also mentors students in the Master’s program at Paris XIII.

Jinli Wang is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Epidemiology at Georgetown University, following the completion of her Doctor of Acupuncture with a concentration in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine. She also holds a Bachelor of Medicine degree from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, China’s top institution for Traditional Chinese Medicine. At the end of 2024, Jinli will undertake a postdoctoral position at the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Shenzhen Hospital, where she will focus on clinical research in internal medicine and integrative approaches to cancer therapy. Jinli’s research centers on the molecular mechanisms of cancer immunopathogenesis, with a particular focus on the role of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in immune cell plasticity. Her recent work, "Chemotherapy-mediated lncRNA-induced immune cell plasticity in cancer immunopathogenesis," investigates how lncRNAs modulate the immune response in the tumor microenvironment, with an emphasis on potential therapeutic strategies for enhancing anti-tumor immunity and overcoming drug resistance. Jinli’s clinical experience includes her work as a clinical research physician at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University, where she contributed to rehabilitation trials. In addition, she has held leadership roles, such as Vice President of the Chinese Student and Scholar Association at Georgetown University. Her interdisciplinary background in epidemiology, molecular biology, and Traditional Chinese Medicine positions her at the forefront of innovative research integrating modern and traditional approaches to cancer treatment.
